At Divine Crystal, we strive to deliver crystals and stones that meet the highest standards of quality and energy. Since crystals are natural and unique, slight variations in size, color, or texture are normal. Still, we ensure every order is packed with care.

This policy explains the conditions under which returns and replacements are accepted.

📦 1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

  • Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases of damage, defect, or wrong item delivered.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized items (including astrology-based or gift-based products) are not eligible for return.

🎥 2. Compulsory Unboxing Video Requirement

  • To claim a replacement for damaged or incorrect items, the customer must provide a full box opening video:
    • The video must start before opening the package and continue until the product is completely unboxed.
    • The video must be continuous, without cuts, edits, or pauses.
    • Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery along with the unboxing video.
  • Without this proof, we will be unable to process any replacement or return.

🕒 3. Timeline for Requests

  • All replacement requests must be reported within 7 days of delivery with proper proof.
  • Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

💰 4. Refunds

  • Refunds are generally not provided as crystals are natural and unique.
  • In special cases (at our discretion), refunds may be processed after the product is received back in its original condition.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment method.

🚚 5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for safely returning the item to us, unless the mistake is on our part.
  • Return shipping details will be provided when a claim is approved.

  • Customized or personalized orders.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.
  • Natural variations in crystals such as color, inclusions, or shape.
