- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
🚚 2. Shipping Methods & Timelines
- Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners across India.
- Delivery timelines: 3–7 business days (may vary by location).
- International orders (if applicable) may take longer depending on customs and logistics.
💰 3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.
- Free shipping may be offered on eligible orders during promotions.
📍 4. Delivery Information
- Please provide an accurate shipping address to avoid delays.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

📦 5. Packaging
- All items are packed securely with bubble wrap or cushioning.
- Fragile crystals (clusters, raw stones) receive extra protective care.
🔄 6. Replacements & Claims
- We only replace items if the customer provides a complete box opening video:
- Video must be recorded from the very start of opening the package until the product is fully unboxed.
- The video must be continuous without cuts/edits.
- The claim must be raised within 7 days of delivery along with the video proof.
- Without such proof, no replacement or claim will be accepted.
⚠️ 7. Risk of Loss
- Risk of damage or loss passes to you once the package is delivered.
- Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
